Chi Kung, also known as Qigong, is a centuries-old Chinese practice centered on cultivating and harmonizing the body’s life energy, or “qi.” By combining gentle, fluid movements with focused breathing and mindful attention, Chi Kung can improve circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall vitality. This accessible, low-impact exercise system suits a wide range of fitness levels and health goals, offering benefits such as increased flexibility, better balance, stronger immunity, and heightened mental clarity. Over time, regular practice helps promote a deep sense of inner calm, fosters resilience in the face of daily challenges, and supports long-term physical and emotional well-being.
