1. Large Service Room. Max Occupancy: 1 Table Client, 2 Coaching/Counseling Clients
The main service room is fitted with a Earthlite premium massage table, 2-person couch and a cushioned chair for services. The table includes a Richway 7000MX BioMat and sheets and laundry services are provided in the rent of the room. The large service room has a private bathroom, the bathroom is stocked by SMCA.
Lotions, creams, stones or other items used to provide services should be provided by the renter.
Rent is $25 an hour billed in half hour increments.

2. Reading/Coaching Room. Max Occupancy: 2 Clients
The reading/coaching room is equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Another chair is available when reading/coaching 2 clients. This is a private intimate space with several lighting options and is ideal for tarot/oracle reading, medium sessions, one-on-one coaching/counseling, and similar services.
Other items used to provide services should be provided by the renter, including all decks and metaphysical items..
Rent is $15 an hour billed in 15 minute increments.

3. Workshop/Class/Group Room. Max Occupancy 8-12 depending on configuration.
Room is equipped with two 2-person couches, two cushioned chairs, and a kitchen type counter. Up to 8 rectangular tables are available for use. Room is equipped with yoga mats and blankets. The space has several lighting options from classroom-bright to dim. The space is ideal for group instruction, crafting workshops, spiritual circles, and small group yoga .
Rent is $5 dollars an hour per person (including instructor) capped at $60 an hour.
1. Independent Contractor with SMCA
All services booked with the independent contractor are paid through the POS on the retail side of SMCA and future appointments can be booked then. SMCA will promote and advertise the independent contractor through SMCA’s facebook business page, in our VIP group and other marketing avenues that we utilize. We encourage the IC to advertise and promote themselves as well. IC pay weeks run Sunday - Saturday and are paid through ACH transfer. The room rent will be deducted from service totals before transfer. At the end of the year you will receive a 1099.
2. Space Renter
All services booked with the space renter will be paid directly to the rentee. At the end of the service day/event, the rentee can check out on the retail side of SMCA and pay rental fees then. Rentee will always be provided a receipt for their records. No paid promotion or advertising will be provided by SMCA.
1. All hands-on practitioners and counsellors/therapists must be actively licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Out of state licenses are not valid by state law.
2. Providers need to provide their own relative professional insurance.
3. Providers shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that no damage is caused to the room by those attending the session/event, and must be left in a clean and tidy state, with furniture returned to the appropriate layout for the room
4. No alcohol may be served or sold.
5. Classes and events should start at end at the reserved times. Run-over can cause issues with other classes, events, or staffing.
6. Provider/Renter acknowledges and agrees that it occupies and uses the meeting room entirely at its own risk and SMCA will not be liable for any loss or damage or consequential loss of the Provider/Renter or any third party of whatsoever kind and howsoever arising.
7. To the full extent permitted by law the Provider/Renter releases SMCA from and indemnifies SMCA against all actions, claims, costs and damages (whether in respect of damage to property or personal injury or death) that may be brought, made or claimed against SMCA in connection with the meeting room by the Provider/Renter.
8. SMCA reserves the right to refuse the Use of its rooms without providing a reason.
